Recipe Notes

  • What kind of apples do you use? Make sure to choose a crispy apple texture.
  • Be sure to flatten the bread with a rolling pin.
  • For bread, you can use whatever you like. The thicker bread texture is my favorite. The rest, I'll leave.
  • Do not dip the bread in the egg and spice mixture for too long. It will make your bread too soggy and soggy.
  • I use palm sugar because, in my opinion, palm sugar is the best combined with spices. If you want to use white granulated sugar. You can use it too.
  • In addition to apples, the filling can depend on your taste. Choose a fruit that has an apple-like texture.
  • I also use powdered sugar for topping. You can add whipped cream or vanilla ice cream too.
