In a saucepan, heat the frozen cranberry and granulated sugar over medium-low heat, stir until the sugar is dissolved.
Turn on the heat to medium-high, mash the cranberry while stirring and bring the cranberry mixture to boil until the sauce is thickened.
Turn off the heat then transfer the sauce to a bowl and let it cool completely.
Add about 2 tsp cranberry jam and ice cubes into a glass then fill it with soda water.
