Cut the squid and hotdog in the same length, about 3/4 - 1 inch (2cm).
Season the squid with salt and black pepper. Then marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Add all the sauces into a small bowl and stir until combined. Set aside.
Add the hot dog pieces into the squid chunks' hollow. Stick the squid and hotdog chunks into a skewer. 3 chunks and 1 squid head into each skewer.
Grill on low heat while brushing the skewer with sauce until all the squid has cooked.
Grilled squid hotdog skewer is ready to serve.
