Preheat oven to 400°f
Put the tortilla chips into a plastic bag, then crush them with a rolling pin. Place the crushed tortilla on a plate and combine it with bread crumbs.
In a bowl, combine chicken tenders with egg, flour, salt, and pepper. Coat evenly each chicken mixture with the crushed tortilla chips then arrange the chicken on a wire rack. Repeat these steps with the rest of the chicken.
Bake for about 10-15 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
Serve with ketchup and honey mustard.
