Browned Butter Brownies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Unsalted Butter
  • 2 cup Light Brown Sugar
  • 1 cup All-purpose Flour
  • 4 Egg
  • 1 cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Bittersweet Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350℉. Line a baking pan with parchment paper. Set aside.

  2. In a sauce pan, melt butter over low heat until golden brown. Stirring occasionally every 10 second with silicone spatula. Turn off heat then add cocoa powder and vanilla extract. Stir until there is no lump and set aside.

  3. In a mixing bowl, beat eggs and light brown sugar with a hand mixer until the color is turn pale and fluffy. Add the butter mixture and fold with spatula until well combined.

  4. Add flour and salt and fold again until there is no lump then fold in a chocolate chips.

  5. Pour the brownie batter to a baking pan then bake for about 30 minutes or when you prick the brownie with a skewer and no batter sticks to the skewer. Let it cool and cut the brownie into 12 pieces. Enjoy!
