Korean Beef BBQ Spring Roll

Ingredients

  • ½ lb Beef Sliced
  • 10 sheets Rice Paper
  • 2 cup lettuce chopped/sliced
  • ½ Onion sliced
  • ½ tbsp Gochugaru
  • 1 tbsp Dark Soy sauce
  • 1 ½ tbsp Brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp Rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp Beef Powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp Blackpepper
  • 2 tbsp Cooking oil

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat, then sauté garlic and onions until fragrant.

  2. Add sliced beef, then stir.

  3. Pour in dark soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, and gochugaru. Stir until well

  4. Finally, season with beef powder, salt, and pepper. Add cornstarch, Stir again until well combined, then set aside.

  5. Prepare a bowl or plate filled with water and the ingredients to assemble the rolls.

  6. Take a sheet of rice paper, then dip it in water for a few seconds and place it on a cutting board.

  7. Add pieces of lettuce at the edge of the rice paper closest to you.

  8. Take the side closest to you and fold it over the ingredients once.

  9. Add the slice beef in front of the folded side. Fold the sides of the wrapper. Then, Roll the wrapper away from yourself.

  10. Finally, Serve with your favorite sauce.
