Prepare a pot, then boil the chicken until cooked. Then shred the chicken.

Heat oil in a pan, then sauté the blended spice mixture, galangal, lemongrass, lime leaves, and bay leaves until the spices are cooked and fragrant.
Add sliced onions, then stir and cook for a while.
Add the shredded chicken and stir until well combined.
Add seasoning: salt, sugar, pepper, and mushroom powder, then stir.
Finally, add basil leaves and stir until well.
Pour in a little water and cook until it's absorbed and the water reduces.
Ready to serve!
