Easy Homemade Pizza Dough

Ingredients

  • 1⅓ cup Warm Water
  • 2 tsp Instant Yeast
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil more for bowl
  • 4 cup Bread Flour or all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle warm water with an instant yeast, sugar, and salt stir to mix.

  2. Place the flour to a mixing bowl then add yeast mixture and olive oil. Knead them on medium speed for 5 minutes until the dough is smooth and elastic.

  3. Brush another large bowl with olive oil, place the dough then turn it to coat the dough with olive oil. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap then allow the dough to rest and rise for 30 minutes or until doubled in size.

  4. Preheat oven to 428℉ or 220℃

  5. Once the dough has risen, deflate the dough, then remove the dough from the bowl and divide the dough into 2 or 3 equal portions. Knead it to form into round.

  6. Begin to stretch the dough on the tray with your fingers. Keep the edge slightly thicker then the middle. Spread the pizza sauce then topping it with your favorite toppings. Bake for 15 minutes.
