Chicken Skin

  • 250 g Chicken skin
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • Salt
  • White pepper
  • Cooking Oil

Dry Seasoning Mix

  • 50 g Flour
  • 50 g Cornstarch
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Chicken stock powder
  • Black pepper
  • Salt


  1. Marinate chicken skin with salt and white pepper for about 15 minutes.

  2. After 15 minutes, add egg and garlic powder. Mix until evenly distributed. Set aside.

  3. Mix all the dry seasoning until evenly distributed.

  4. Coat chicken skin with dry seasoning mix.

  5. In a fry pan, heat cooking oil over medium heat (350 F or 170 C).

  6. Fry until chicken skin is golden brown.
