It has crunchy and umami taste. Make this recipe is very easy. First, you need marinate chicken skin with salt and pepper for about 15 minutes. After being marinated, mix chicken skin with egg and garlic powder. Before frying coat chicken skin with dry season mix. Then fry the seasoned chicken skin with hot oil until crispy.

This creamy cheese sauce can be served to many side dishes and snack varieties from the healthy snacks and not so healthy one. How to make crispy chicken skin:
Marinate chicken skin with salt and white pepper for about 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, add egg and garlic powder. Mix until evenly distributed. Set aside.
Mix all the dry seasoning until evenly distributed. Coat chicken skin with dry seasoning mix.
In a fry pan, heat cooking oil over medium heat (350 F or 170 C). Fry until chicken skin is golden brown.
How to make creamy cheesy sauce:
Heat all ingredients except salt in a sauce pan over low heat. Keep stirring until all the seasoning is evenly mixed. Give it a taste, add salt if needed.
After the cheese is melted and there are bubbles on the side of the sauce pan, turn off the heat and creamy cheese sauce is ready to serve.
