Baked BBQ Chicken Wings

  • 8 Chicken Wings divided (16 pieces)
  • 2 tbsp Barbeque Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Sweet Soy Sauce or Kecap Manis
  • 2 tbsp Ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • Black Pepper coarsely ground


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F or 200°C.

  2. Combine all the sauces on a bowl.

  3. Add it to chicken wings. Then add black pepper.

  4. Stir to combine.

  5. Cover the baking tray with aluminum foil. Stack the wire rack on the baking tray.

  6. Line the chicken wings on the wire rack.

  7. Bake for 30 minutes. Then remove from the oven. Spread the chicken wings with the remaining sauce from the bowl. Bake again for 20 minutes.

  8. The baked BBQ chicken wings are done. Enjoy them with mayonnaise or your favorite hot sauces!

Recipe Notes

  • I didn't add salt because there is enough saltiness from the sauces.
  • Enjoy with mayonnaise or your favorite sauces.
