Chocolate banana spring rolls is simple and easy dessert. It only needs three ingredients. The outer texture is crunchy and the inside is soft warm banana and melty chocolate.

There are many versions or flavors of banana spring rolls. There are original spring rolls, chocolate, and cinnamon flavor. One that I will make is a chocolate version because I really love chocolate.
In Indonesia, the chocolate banana spring rolls is called piscok. It stands for pisang coklat. Pisang is banana and coklat is chocolate.
If you want to make the original version, just substitute chocolate sprinkles with granulated sugar. But if you love cinnamon flavor more than original and chocolate, you can substitute chocolate sprinkles with granulated sugar and cinnamon powder.
Before you make this recipe, you have to prepare spring rolls, banana, and chocolate sprinkles, also cooking oil for frying. That’s it. How simple, right? To make this recipe is not difficult at all.

Ripe plantain is the best for this recipe. You can find it in an Asian store for making spring rolls.
