Mix chicken thigh with paprika powder, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Marinate for 3 hours.
Heat oil in a pan over medium high heat. Cook marinated chicken thigh until both side are cooked and browned. Set aside.
In the same pan, melt butter then add chopped garlic and onion, and cook until translucent and fragrant. Pour chicken broth, cooking cream, and parmesan cheese, then stir until well combined and thickened.
Add spinach and cook for a few minutes until the spinach are wilted. Add the chicken thigh, salt and pepper, and stir until well combined. Garnish it with parsley. Enjoy!
