Preheat oven to 400℉ or 200℃.
Cut ¼ inch top of the whole garlic so that you can see the cloves of garlic. Then place the garlic to a aluminum foil. Drizzle it with olive oil and season it with salt and black pepper, wrap and bake for 40 minutes.
Once the garlic is well roasted, set aside and let it cool.
In a big bowl, season the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, and paper. Stir with your hands until evenly mixed.
Stack the wire rack on the baking tray. Line the chicken wings on the wire rack then bake for 40 minutes.
Make the creamy garlic parmesan sauce when the chicken wings are almost done.
Squeeze the roasted garlic, then mash it until smooth. Set aside.
In a pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add in parmesan cheese and roasted garlic. Stir until well combined.
Add sour cream and stir again. Turn off the heat when the sauce is smooth and creamy.
Transfer the chicken wings to a plate and pour the sauce on top. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving. Enjoy!
