Helppppp, I’m so addictive with everything about chicken wings. However, I try to make these myself without frying them first, These chicken wings are baked on oven. To be honest, these were so good, I couldn’t tell the difference once you added the sauce. this homemade version will completely spoil you.
The chicken wings are not hot and spicy wings like buffalo wings. Instead, they are baked and then dipped in a flavorful creamy garlic parmesan sauce consisting of butter, garlic, sour cream, parmesan cheese and spices. Garnish with some fresh parsley. It’s a beautiful thing with simple, fresh ingredients!
These wings are incredibly delicious made with roasted garlic and the finest of all cheeses also known as Parmigiano Reggiano a.k.a parmesan. - Olive Oil; to sauté the minced garlic. It also adds richness and depth to the sauce.

Creamy Garlic Parmesan Sauce
- Whole head Garlic; The primary flavor component. Garlic provides a robust, savory taste to the sauce. the garlic will be baked later for the main ingredient sauce.
- Olive Oil; Used to sauté the minced garlic. It also adds richness and depth to the sauce.
- a pinch of Salt and Black pepper to taste
- Unsalted Butter; Adds creaminess and richness to the sauce, contributing to its velvety texture.
- Grated Parmesan Cheese; Offers a distinctive cheesy flavor, contributing to the creamy and savory profile of the sauce. Always use freshly grated parmesan cheese as it tastes better, melts better, and sticks onto the wings better, too. However, grated Parmesan cheese is also great.
- Sour Cream; Adds tanginess and creaminess to the sauce, balancing the richness of the butter and parmesan.

How to Make Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings
First, Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Next, Prepare for Roasted Garlic: Cut the top ¼ inch off the entire garlic head to expose the cloves. Place the garlic on aluminum foil, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and black pepper. Then, Wrap the garlic in foil and bake for 40 minutes.

Cut ¼ inch top of the whole garlic so that you can see the cloves of garlic. Then place the garlic to a aluminum foil. Drizzle it with olive oil and season it with salt and black pepper, wrap and bake for 40 minutes.

Once the garlic is well roasted, set aside and let it cool.

In a big bowl, season the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, and paper. Stir with your hands until evenly mixed.

Stack the wire rack on the baking tray. Line the chicken wings on the wire rack then bake for 40 minutes.
