Ground Beef Lettuce Wrap

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • Romain Lettuce
  • ¼ cup Spring onion thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 2 clove Garlic grated
  • 1 tsp Ginger grated
  • ½ Onion sliced
  • cup Red bell pepper diced
  • cup Green Bell Pepper diced
  • ½ cup Cherry tomatoes cut into 4 pieces
  • ½ cup Mushroom sliced
  • ½ cup carrot sliced
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Hoisin Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 2 tbsp sweet Chilli sauce
  • 1 tbsp Cooking oil
  • 1 tbsp Beef powder
  • a pinch of Salt and Blackpepper

Instructions

  1. Heat a little oil in a pan, then sauté garlic and onions until fragrant.

  2. Add mushroom and carrot, sautee until slightly cooked

  3. Add ground beef, ginger, red and yellow bell peppers, and stir.

  4. Season with soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, brown sugar, sweet chili sauce, beef powder, pinch of salt and pepper. Stir and cook until done.

  5. Sprinkle sliced spring onion over the mixture, then stir again.

  6. Serve the beef mixture on top of romaine lettuce.

  7. Sprinkle tomato on top, and finally, Ready to serve!
