Our first post, finally! This Chocolate Marie Cake recipe is easy to make and only need less than 10 ingredients.

We used marie biscuits for the crust and middle layer. We remember that in our childhood our mom sometimes gave us marie biscuits and milk (especially bear brand milk) when we were sick. It’s so nostalgic.

Marie biscuits are so popular in our country. It heavily used for cheesecake crust which we also used it in this chocolate cake crust. The taste is sweeter and softer than graham cracker.

We also shot a video when we made this chocolate marie cake. Watch it for detailed visual instructions!
