How to handle heartbreak?
Sometimes life is just not as easy as it should be. You got a bitter truth such a rejection, broken heart, being left, hurt, ignored, sand, and everything that make you overwhelming mentally at all. Everyone has a different way to handle this feeling of heartbreak. They make their coping mechanism to make themselves better conditions mentally and physically.
That is why when a woman gets a PMS (pre-menstruation syndrome) they change their mood in a second. from the article I read, Hormone changes can cause a drop in blood sugar levels, which leads to sugar cravings. A 2016 study suggests that changes in levels of hormones estrogen and progesterone cause cravings for high-carb and sweet foods before your period. I give you one of solution yes it is chocolate. the content in chocolate includes theobromine, caffeine, phenylethylamine, anandamide, and of course sugar. Theobromine is a stimulant that works with caffeine to create a person’s feelings of happiness. Chocolate and milk there you go, you ready to conquer the world!
So how about you? What is your way to handle heartbreak? Heartbreak doesn’t mean always ending your relationship with your girlfriend or boyfriend. Rejected from a job, losing someone forever, grieving, being ignored. All of them are heartbreak moments as well, and it doesn’t feel good, right?
Train trip Experience
I remember back then when I was 23 years old or something. Science called the term with quarter crisis life. It is when you have no idea how to deal with life. You got a super million questions about how do I living my life? What did I want in life? And feel like don’t have anything and left behind from your friends and surroundings. I felt that was a hard and challenging moment. However, I realize that what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger.
I do have some habits or more like to stress reliever. Whenever I got a broken heart (this term with my ex-boyfriend, ha-ha nostalgic moment) my coping mechanism would be to go traveling and sit down on the train. I convinced myself that using a train more just relaxing than using a car or bus. That relaxing moment I got just saw how fast the train and your surrounding moved and operated, the nice and friendly staffs, seeing people from the outside of train through window do their activities, some kids who wait for the train to pass by and they were so excited with innocent and glad expression, sometimes they do that while they put hands up upon us to show respects.
All those moments gave you bounce back and power about how grateful all the little things. I always bring one of my famous and favorite donuts to accompany my trips on the train. The warm feeling from the bite of donuts instantly changes my horrible mood. That was nice, the food, the vibe, and the train experience moment. Such lovely!
Let’s talk about donuts that have been always being my favorite so far.

The ingredients of Chocolate Sprinkle Donut
To make this easy chocolate sprinkle donuts, all you need are;
- All-Purpose Flour and Instant dry yeast: the most basic ingredient to make the dough. you know there will be no donuts without these two lovely ingredients
- Granulated Sugar as sweetener for the donut. i am not using the brown sugar and liquid sugar because it will affected to the dough texture which make the dough too melting.
- Milk: here I use warm milk as the dough thinner since milk has liquid texture. Beside, The addition of milk to the dough making process aims to increase nutrition in the donuts also give a moist texture and fragrant aroma when fry
- Eggs room temperature: Eggs will improve the nutritional value of bread, increase delicious taste, and help to form a smoother bread fiber texture. my tips before you mixing the egg, just try to crack the eggs in a separate bowl. It is to avoid rotten eggs mix directly to the dough.
- Butter: Butter provides the function of flavoring, softening, and expanding the dough and reducing the gluten effect of flour.
- Seasoning I use Vanilla Extract and Salt. A sweet snack without adding vanilla extract just same as like go without direction, feel lost and something missing for sure.
- For the topping, you need four ingredients; milk, cocoa powder, and powdered sugar as a chocolate glaze or dipping chocolate sauce before your sprinkle the chocolate sprinkle. you can change the sprinkles chocolate to rainbow sprinkles or based on your family love.
