So I make something drink recipe that will warm your body in this cold weather. Honey lemongrass ginger tea are perfect for winter drinks.

We in Indonesia have rainy days on October until February and this kind of weather make many people sick, too.

Honey Lemongrass Ginger Tea
Honey lemongrass ginger tea are perfect for winter, cold weather or rainy seasons! Not only taste really good, but also many health benefits for you.
Ingredients
- 10 cm Ginger thinly sliced
- 3 stalks Lemongrass bruised
- 1/2 Lemon Juice
- Honey to your taste
- 1 l Water
- Lemon thinly sliced for garnish
Instructions

In a sauce pan, boil water, ginger and lemongrass for 10 minutes. Turn off the heat then add juice from 1/2 lemon. Stir to combine.

Serve in a cup while hot. Add about 1 tbsp honey per cup. You can reduce or add the amount of honey to your taste.

Garnish with lemongrass stalk, thinly sliced ginger and thinly sliced lemon.
Recipe Notes
If you want to serve it cold, save in a fridge. Serve with ice cubes.
