The way to prepare sushi rice is to use typical Japanese rice which is sticky after cooking. In the base layer, the Sushi rice is pressed flat on the bottom of the baking dish. Add fillings according to taste, for example, pieces of salmon or tuna mixed with mayonnaise or cream cheese. During the baking process in the oven, we look and check until the cheese melts and the top surface is browned. This process not only combines all the flavors but also provides a crunchy texture on top.

Using avocado, cucumber, or carrots can also provide a different taste. For those who don’t like raw seafood, chicken or beef can be an alternative. Arrangement of layers
When arranging the layers, make sure to spread the rice evenly on the bottom of the pan. And don’t forget to spread the topping on top. When spreading the rice, use the back of a spoon or spatula to compact it.
Use fresh ingredients
Pay attention to the color of the meat or vegetables, check the texture of the meat or vegetables, and smell the aroma coming from the meat or vegetables.
Bake until perfectly cooked
Make sure not to bake it for too long to avoid making the rice dry or tough.
Add toppings or garnishes
You can add toppings on top such as tobiko, furikake, or spring onions to make it look more attractive.
Serve the dish when it cold
Let the dish cool for a while after removing it from the oven. This will make it easier to cut the sushi more neatly.
