Adds a crispy, buttery texture to the dessert. You can substitute it with crushed toasted phyllo sheets, crispy puff pastry shreds, or even crushed biscuit crumbs for a different texture.

    Ingredients

    • 3 cup Kataifi
    • 1 cup Pistachio Cream
    • 1 cup Milk Chocolate
    • 3 tbsp Melted Butter
    • 400 g Fresh Strawberry
    • Chopped pistachios garnish

    Instructions

    1. Preheat oven to 175℃ or 347℉.

    2. Pull apart the kataifi with your fingers to make them fluffy and separate any clumps.

    3. Drizzle the melted butter over the kataifi and toss them with your hands until well combined. Spread the buttered kataifi evenly on the baking dish.

    4. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.

    5. Remove from the oven and transfer to a mixing bowl. Add pistachio cream then toss and stir until well combined. Set aside.

    6. Bain marie milk chocolate until completely melted. Remove the stem and leave then quarter the strawberries.

    7. Assemble the cup by layering the strawberry with kataifi-pistachio mixture and melted chocolate in a serving glasses. Repeat layers and garnish with chopped pistachios and fresh strawberry. Enjoy.
