In a large mixing bowl, beat egg and light brown sugar with a hand mixer until the color is turn pale and fluffy. Add the butter mixture and vanilla extract then fold with a spatula until well combined.

Sift in flour, cocoa powder, and salt and fold again until there is no lump.
After that, pour the brownie batter into a baking pan then bake for about 30 minutes or, when you prick the brownie with a skewer and no batter sticks to the skewer.
Chocolate Ganache

First, heat heavy cream in a saucepan over medium heat until bubbles appear on the saucepan’s edge. Turn off the heat. Add chocolate chips and let it sit for 3 minutes until the chocolate is melted and stir until well combined. Let it cool.

Pistachio Kunafa

First, chop kataifi and set aside. Melt butter in a pan over medium heat, add chopped kataifi, and toast it for about 10 minutes or until crispy and golden brown. Transfer it to a mixing bowl.
