- 5 curly red pepper, diagonal slice
- 5 curly green pepper, diagonal slice
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- ½ tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- ½ tbsp mushroom powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp oil
How to Make Stir-fry Kailan Chicken
First, marinate the chicken with lime juice, salt, and pepper. Then, let it sit for 15 minutes.
Second, heat oil in a medium pan, and saute the chicken until both sides are golden brown. Set aside for a bit.
