My friend who hate vegetables especially mushroom tried to research and cook with campignon mushroom. Finally she found a recipe that she can eat and love, then she recommend me to try it. And she’s right.
When we were just a little girl, I and my sisters did not into mushroom because my mom seldom cooked mushroom at home. The first time my mom finally made it was when I was in junior high school.
The ingredients are so simple and easy. You only have to prepare champignon mushroom, garlic, salt, white pepper, black pepper, chicken stock powder, and water. The secret ingredient is using unsalted butter because it give very pleasant aroma and taste. You can use real chicken broth instead of chicken stock powder to make it more delicious.
For you who hate mushroom you must try this simple recipe, sautéed mushroom, you wont regret it!
How to make sauteed mushroom:
Cut mushroom into half. Melt butter in the pan over medium heat.
Put chopped garlic into the pan, stir until golden brown then add chopped mushrooms.
Add water, salt, white pepper, chicken stock powder and black pepper. Stir until the mushrooms are cooked. Sautéed Mushroom are ready to serve.

Ingredients
- 4 cups Champignon mushroom
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1/2 tsp Chicken stock powder
- 100 ml Water
- 1/2 tsp White pepper
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- Salt to your taste
Instructions
