- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tbsp chili flakes
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- ½ tsp coriander
- ½ tsp turmeric
- ½ tsp mustard
- ½ tsp cumin powder
- ¼ tsp cinnamon powder
How to make Beef Vandaloo
First, prepare a medium size bowl, mix all marinade ingredients then pour it over the beef and rub it into the meat. Let it sit for at least 1 hour or you can leave it overnight.
Second, heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Saute onion and cook until slightly soft.
Add in the beef along with the marinade mixture
