Beef quesadilla is such simpler pizza or sandwich (you choose) with well-seasoned ground beef, lots of ooey gooey cheese, and a crispy golden brown outside make these quesadillas simply irresistible! I mean, who doesn’t love cheesy beef quesadilla?

Cheesy Beef Quesadilla is a super helpful menu because they’re made with ingredients we almost have on hand. The filling is made with ground beef, onions, and peppers seasoned with my favorite taco seasoning. Do not worry, if you are not into beef, you can try with chicken, and it is the same tasteful. This recipe is so versatile and can be customized to everyone’s preference. It is like grilled cheese sandwiches, quesadillas are a method of getting more cheese. then, you can throw any veggie you’ve got in the kitchen. This is a “make do with what you’ve got” kind of meal. They make a great main and an even better starter! Make sure you serve with sour cream, guac, and salsa.

What ingredients you need to make beef quesadilla?
- The filling : Ground beef, Onion chopped Garlic finely chopped, and Tomato Paste
- For the seasonings, I use Salt, Black Pepper and Cumin Powder
- The melty and creamy cheesy I used two kinds of cheese: Mozarella Cheese and Cheddar Cheese, You could also use sharp cheddar cheese, pepper jack, or another favorite in this recipe.
- Flour Tortilla for the surface outside or first layer. This is a must for making quesadilla, but you could substitute corn tortillas if you wanted.
- Vegetable Oil
- Salsa & Guacamole (Optional) perfect fit bestfriend to your quesadilla
How to make cheesy beef quesadilla
here we go! first thing first, In a pan, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Cook onion and garlic until fragrant, about 3 minutes, then add ground beef.
wait and Stir until the ground beef turned slightly brown then add tomato paste, cumin powder, salsa & guacamole, salt, and black pepper. Stir again until combined and cooked. Once cooked, transfer the beef to a bowl.
then, Place tortilla on work surface. Add half of the tortilla sides with mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, beef, then cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese again sequentially. Fold in half.
after that, Heat 2 tsp vegetable oil over medium-low heat. Cook cheese beef quesadilla for about 3 minutes until browned and crispy.
Next, please put on attention here, Carefully flip it and cook for another 3 minutes.
Then, Transfer to a cutting board and cut it in half.
Finally, we got you. your cheesy beef quesadilla is ready. Serve immediately, enjoy!
Recipe Notes:
- I recommend using lean beef or draining the excess grease off when you’re done cooking the meat, so that your quesadillas don’t get soggy.
- I suggest you to fold it in a half, I’ve tried before with flip the whole darn thing at one time. Fillings always exploded. Just, step by step do not be in hurry!
