Ingredients of Jungkook Truffle Creamy Pasta

- Paccheri/Rigatoni Pasta: These are tube-shaped pastas that hold the creamy truffle sauce perfectly inside their hollow centers. Paccheri gives a bold, restaurant-style appearance, while rigatoni offers a more classic, chewy texture. Both types allow the sauce to cling beautifully for every bite.
- Olive Oil: for sautéing the onions and mushrooms. Olive oil provides a smooth base flavor and helps prevent butter from burning when combined later
- Onion sliced: add gentle sweetness and depth to the sauce. When sautéed until translucent, they release natural sugars that enrich the creamy truffle flavor without overpowering it.
- Champignon Mushrooms: bring an earthy aroma and tender texture that pairs wonderfully with truffle oil. They also absorb the sauce, adding savory umami notes and a meaty bite to the dish.
- Unsalted Butter: enhances creaminess and gives a silky texture to the sauce. Using unsalted butter allows you to control the salt level precisely, especially since Parmesan already adds some saltiness.

- Truffle Oil: Truffle oil infuses the dish with a luxurious, aromatic note that feels indulgent and elegant. Since it’s potent, only a drizzle at the end or after cooking is needed to elevate the entire pasta.
- Water From Boiling Pasta: is the secret to a smooth, glossy sauce
- Milk: milk lightens the dish while still giving a velvety, creamy consistency.
- Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese: Parmesan adds a nutty, salty depth and thickens the sauce naturally as it melts. Always use freshly grated Parmesan for the best flavor and melting quality
- Salt: enhances all the flavors and balances the richness of butter, milk, and cheese.
- Freshly Ground Black Pepper: Pasta without pepper is so unfortunate, The finishing touch that ties everything together. Its gentle heat contrasts the creaminess, bringing warmth and balance to the truffle’s earthy aroma.
