Hi everyone! How is your day? I hope you have a great day. Let me share this creamy spicy beef fusilli pasta for you.
A couple days ago I was craving pasta so much, so I tried making it with cheddar cheese, parmesan and other ingredients and it turned out delicious. Since it tasted so delicious I told my sisters to make this recipe together and share it to our blog so that you can make it too and let you know how delicious this pasta is.
Actually this recipe is a little bit similar with mac and cheese. But I personally like fusilli better than macaroni. And also the amount of cheeses I use in this creamy spicy beef fusilli pasta is not a lot. I like it that way.
As always for almost all our savory dishes I don’t forget to use something spicy like chili powder for a kick because my sisters and I are spicy lovers.
Surprisingly loved by cheese hater!
When I make it for the second time with my sisters, my cousin, Adnan, came over to our house. He doesn’t like cheese at all. Every time I gave something that has cheese on it he won’t eat that food. But what make me quite surprise is he likes this pasta so much. Even he ate the most between us.
That’s why I called this recipe creamy despite of cheesy, because the amount of cheeses we use in this recipe is moderate. If you don’t really like cheese this pasta will be suitable for you. But if you are cheese lover you can add extra cheese to your taste.
By the way this pasta is inspired by a menu in Pizza Hut Indonesia. I forget the name of the dish, but something called beef & cheese fusilli pasta. And I’m really proud to say this, I like my recipe more than that menu. Hahaha.
Try make this recipe and let me know in the comment or tag our Instagram. Happy cooking!
