• Bread- It provides a carb component to the meal
• Chicken Breast- The main protein source for the salad. It can be grilled, baked, or boiled and then shredded or chopped into bite-sized pieces
• Egg- adds an extra source of protein to the salad. It can also provide a creamy texture and flavor to the dish.
• Romaine Lettuce – adds a crispy and refreshing texture to the salad. It also provides a source of vitamins and minerals, as the base of the salad, providing freshness, crunch, and a mild flavor
• Cherry Tomatoes – These add a burst of sweetness and acidity to the salad, as well as color and texture. They also provide a source of vitamin C and antioxidants
• Lemon- as a natural and refreshing dressing for the salad. It also adds a zesty flavor and is a source of vitamin C.
• Toasted Sesame Sauce- for dressing, I bought an instant sauce, it adds a nutty and savory flavor to the chicken salad and enhances the overall taste profile
• Butter- used to sauté the garlic, which adds a rich and savory flavor to the salad. I use for bake chicken
• Garlic- adds a pungent and aromatic flavor to the salad, enhancing its taste.
• Salt and Pepper- for enhancing the overall flavor.
• Dried Parsley- adds a subtle herbal flavor to the salad. It can also provide a source of vitamins and minerals. adds a hint of herbaceous flavor and a pop of green color to the salad.

Time to Wrap Chicken Salad Bowl

To start making the chicken salad bowl, begin by cutting the boiled egg into six pieces and setting them aside

After that, take the chicken breast fillet and cut it into cubes before transferring them to a bowl. To enhance the flavor of the chicken, marinate it with salt, pepper, parsley, and lemon juice for 30 minutes.
